Completely Remove a Domain

I have 2 domains on our network, DOMAIN1 and DOMAIN2. DOMAIN2 only consisted of 1 domain controller, which crashed and is unrecoverable. Now I'm trying to delete all references of DOMAIN2 in the Active Directory and I'm not having any luck. How do I go about this? Any help is appreciated.
 
Remove Orphaned Domains from Active Directory:
