Complete reload of MSOPro 03" Same error: Cannot open outlook.

Removed & complete reload of MSOPro 03' twice cuz Outlook stopped working.
Same error: Cannot start MS Outlook. Unable to open Outlook window. The set
of folders could not be opened.
1) Prior to reload I removed all of my PSTs to eliminate their affect if any
on system interaction.
2) System was at one time networked with other home computer, but it
crashed. Installed new hard drive & MSOPro 03' via 2nd license but same disc
both computers (2nd disc scratched).

Reinstalling Outlook won't address this problem. It seems you have a mail
profile issue. Create a new one.
 
Uninstalling/Reinstalling does little to help Outlook problems, niether does
(1)
Control Panel>Mail applet, create a new profile - dont copy - add a new data
file and the accounts, set prompt for Profile & test
