compile two different presentations of same data using excel

I compile a report of a group of individuals each month performing various
activities. Using the same data, I would also lke to produce a report for
each individual of their activities on a monthly basis showing like a card
index. Is there a way of producing both types of report but inputting the
data only once?

Subtotals

You can use Google web search, and Google group search to find
