Compile Error in Hidden Module: AutoExecNew

When I launch Excel 2007 I receive the "Compile Error in Hidden Module:
AutoExecNew" And when I close Excel I receive the error "Compile Error in
Hidden Module: Distmon" How do I clear these error?

You have an old version of Adobe Acrobat that is not compatible with
