I recently purchased an epson cx5400 multifunctional printer (which i am
very happy with) but am curious if anyone has any insights or suggestions
regarding inkjet refills. I used to have an epson stylus (sine 1996) and I
for the last couple of yeasrs I bought compatible cartrgidges for it and had
no problems at all. The printer finally gave out (actually it still works in
very nicely high res mode).

However, that printer was a 4+ year old printer when I started buying
compatibles. I don't want to f.u. my new printer...any thoughts?

thanks in advance

devrai,
If you are in the U.S. try www. Ink supply.com They specialize in Epson
printers. They have refill friendly cartridges. They are a reputable ink
company.
In the UK try JetTech at www.aah-haa.com.
I have good luck with both of these.
Good luck to you.

I understand that, do you think that "compatible" cartridges (which cost a
fraction of manufacturer cartridges) will hurt the printer?
