Compatibility with WebEasy .alb file

Can Frontpage open and modify current websites that were created using
WebEasy Millennium (they are .alb files)?

However, if the result that published to the web are basic HTML files, then FP can work with these
created by any application.

A Website, whatever programme created it, consists of HTML files, most
of which have .htm or .html extensions. I don't know WebEasy
Millenium, but I assume that the .alb files get translated into HTML
as part of the upoload process. FP won't know what to do with them but
it will be able to import and subsequently modify the final HTML
product from the website.
