Compatibility Question: Co-exist with other real time protection?

Once these installation and updating problems get solved, I might consider
reinstalling Windows Dedender. I need to know if if is safe to use WD's real
time protection at the same time as using another real time protection, such
as Pest Patrol or Spysweeper? Will the programs conflict or cause detection
errors? Or should I just stick to one real time protection program?

Obviously it co-exists with anti-virus shields, but what about other
anti-spyware shields?
