Compatibility issue of Office 2007 with prior version of Office

1) I am using Office 2007. When I save my work (save as Office 97-2003 Word
document) some of the graphs got cut off.

2) Also same problem happens to my collegues when they open the document
that I sent to them (saved on Office 2007 Word). Their computers are still
using prior version of Office.

Any suggestions??

You'll probably have more success and suggestions if you try this in one of
the Office groups.
