compatablility issue with PhotoShop 7

I just started working in PhotoShop 7 (better late then
never) and after about 5 min of playing around my system
shuts off. My screen goes black and the processor seams
to stop responding. Now I though I may have a
virus/trojan/worm, however I have the latest Def's and
have run the removal tools for the last 3 nasties that
have just been released, SobigF, Welchia, Blaster and my
scans return nothing.

Has anyone else experienced this situation and how do I
fix it.
 
If it only happens using PhotoShop try reinstalling it, or contact Adobe for
more support.

The "worm" is very likely still in your system. It
