Comparison of data week wise

Hi All,

I need to compare data in %age on weekly basis and provide rating. For
instance: Week 2 should be compared against week 1 and week 3 against week 2
and 1 and soon on... and provide a rating whether is good or not.

Names week 1 week 2 Rating week 3 Rating
A 100.00% 99.10% Not good 100.00 Good
B 99.00% 99.95% Good 100.00 Good
