I am comparing about 10 to 15 columns - the rest are all blank.
What is the difference? In Excel, when you have 2 Excel files open you can
select window and then arrange. The 2 Excel files are lined up. To compare
2 workshhets in the same file, you can copy the original to another file then
compare the two worksheets (now in different files) using the arrange
function in the window tab. However, they have to be in different files to
compare them that way. You can't compare them in the same file because you
can only open one worksheet at a time in an Excel file.
I answered my own question, didn't I. They really do have to be in separate
files to compare them. But you can copy or move a worksheet from one Excel
file to another. It would be the same if you just copy the entire file and
delete worksheets you don't need. Or uou can copy worksheet from several
filews into one file.
