I have two tables and I need to develop a way to determine
why one table has 7591 records and the other table has
5396 records. One table is a downloaded Access Database
and the other table is an Excel Spreadsheet. The
databases should always equal one another since it's the
same information tracked by two different groups.
Please Help with some sort of way to accomplish this
task!!!

.
The easest way is to open Access and choose File, Get
External Data, Import
and iport the data from the excel spreadsheet and then
choose Queries, New, Find Unmatched
run the wizard and it will let you tell it which fields
should be linked and which fields you want displayed.
