company powerpoint slides---powerpoint 2003

We have 20 slides that we want readily available to all powerpoint users in
the company. Many of these slides are charts and graph setups that have
particular colors that need to be used every time, etc. What is the best way
for our users to access these slides 'a la carte' whenever they're inside
powerpoint? What is the best way to distribute this as well as train our
users?

I'm interested in trying the template solution first. How would I do that
so not all twenty slides show up forcing them to delete each one they're not
going to use? Is there a slide depot area they could use somewhere (other
then the "insert from file"). I see the recently used section but i don't
think you can populate that automatically and keep it static.
