Compacting a Folder

I am new to Vista and Windows Mail, my question is how does one go about
compacting a folder in WM?...In XP, it was not hard to find and do, I just
can not seem to find how it can be done here on WM...any assistance is
appreciated.

WM compacts the database on shutdown.
You can change how often it does, by going to
Tools - Options - Advanced - Maintenance
[x] Compact the database on shutdown every [xx] runs

Change the [xx] to a lower number
