Compactable between Word 2000 and outlook 2003

Hi :

While I install ms office 2000 , I have installed separate outlook 2003 to
replace existing outlook 2000, There have problem occur: 1
1. The function in msword send "mail receiptent " is failure. When I click
file->send to->send mail receiptent it show error message
2. Is Contact person form in outlook 2003 is only support 1024 * 768
resolution ? While I use 800 * 600 screen cannot see the bottom box


Pls help me to fix this problem thanks

Outlook 2003 will not work with Word 2000. Versions must match.

However, Apart from winword 200 cannot send email receiptent problem.
I using 800 * 600 resolution , how can I view whole contact person form ?
