Comp reboots whenever I try to access the internet...

I just hooked this computer up to my home LAN and I can
see the computer with the internet connection and I can
create files on the computer, etc. When I try to access
the internet, however, the monitor clicks off and windows
reboots.

I am running WinXP Pro and using the HomeConnect USB to
phoneline hardware to connect to my home network.

I did have any problems when I set this up on my other
computer which runs WinXP Home.

Any ideas? thanks...
