I Have two Modems installed with each having their own
lines. I also have a fax/printer between the first modem
through a comswitch. When the second modem is in use the
first modem and fax cannot recieve anything. The first
modem connects to a RAS Server the second modem is using
Aol for its ISP. Modem 2 Block the ComSwitch?

Nope I'm pretty sure you have IRQ problems, do you have a mouse set up to serial
port? If so do you have 3 com ports installed? If not do you have 2 com ports
installed?

Goto Control panel>system>device manager> under View choose "resources by type"
and open the interrupt request. here you can see if you have the com ports
needed and also if any are sharing the same IRQ (a bad thing),
