Common Dialog Control

When I try to add a Common Dialog Control to an Access2000
form, I get the following error message:
"You tried to open a form containing an OLE object or an
ActiveX control or you tried to create an ActiveX control.
To obtain the appropriate license, contact the company
that provides the licensed OLE object or ActiveX control."

Does anyone know how to get the required license, or maybe
how to use the existing one (in case I have it already).
