'Common Client User Session' Error Message

G

Guest

I get an error message saying this, and telling me to report it to Microsoft.
When I click on the details of the message it reads:
Error Signature-----------------------------------------------------
AppName:ccapp.exe AppVer:2.2.1.4 ModName ccfwsetg.dll
ModVer: 7.1.1.4 Offset: 0001e03a

It occurs when my computer stays idle for awhile, and my internet doesn't
work after I accept the message- so I have to restart.

Does anybody know how to resolve this problem?

Thanks.

Norton/Symantec stuff. Here are some clues.

ccapp.exe is a process belonging to Norton/Symantec AntiVirus. It is
responsible for the auto-protect and email checking facilities.

ccfwsetg.dll is Norton/Symantec Internet Security Firewall Settings Engine.

ccapp is part of a number of Symantec products. It's the "common client
application" for a number of modules. ccfwsetg.dll is the Norton
Internet Security Firewall Settings Engine.

So, you should talk to Symantec about why the firewall is crashing.
