Comments Section in Favorites

What are the chances of Microsoft adding a feature such as Netscape's
"Properties" for IE's Favorites? It is a "comment section", and in Netscape
you right-click on the bookmark entry and you are able to add a lengthy
comment. This is a very important feature for me and I can't use IE until
this is added.
