comment many lines

Highlight the lines you want to comment... Hold down the control key,
hit k and then c. To uncomment do is the same except instead of c, you
hit u.
 
Or Highlight the lines and then Click the Comment button in the Toolbar and
then to uncomment, Highlight and Click the UnComment Button in the toolbar.
