Can anyone please tell me Where I can find documentation
for FTP function, such as commands and syntax.

It's sparsely documented in XP command prompt box. It's a very simple
FTP program anyway.

Once connected to server, see commands by issuing "help" command, but
details not given.

For details, see in XP's "help", search for "ftp" and see article "FTP
Subcommands".
