Commands Buttons disabled in Windows XP

I have just installed Windows XP and now all the command buttons on my forms
don't perform any commands! THey don't seem to execute whatsoever, not even
executing the code attached to them. They are completely inert.

The buttons work fine on Win2000 Pro.

Any suggestions? Much appreciated.
