Command to extract win2ksp3.exe to a temp folder

I am trying to install SNMP on a win 2000 server with sp3.
During the installation it is asking for a
file "lmmib2.dll" which resides in sp3.
My problem is sp3 has to be extracted to temp folder
before I can copy this file!

One of my colleagues gave me the answer...its

win2ksp3.exe /x (you will be asked for the dest
extraction folder)
