Noel S Pamfree

In order to maximise the screen I double clicked on the top right of the
command screen and set it to full screen.

How do I get back to the original small window?

Tried double-clicking within the top border?
 
There is no arrow cursor available on the screen only the underscore cursor
which allows me to type exit!
