command Prompt !

I have not been instructed on how to use this and need
some direction. I'm new at the computer have done a lot
of dumb things. I need this to use some instructions to
get out of a spot.

Go to Start / Help and Support. In the Search box, type: "Using Command
Prompt" and click the arrow. Under Tutorials, select Using command prompt
and New ways to use tools.

Go to Start>Run and type cmd, and there should be a command prompt for you.
