My Command Prompt has been disabled. I am not sure how
this happened. How do I re-enable the COmmand Prompt. THe
message say ;

The command prompt has been disabled by your administrator.

I am the only one that uses this PC and I do not have an
administrator.

What operating system? Who installed it? If NT or up, do you recall what
password you gave to the administrator account? Did you add any users to the
local Administrators group? Is this machine running standalone or in a
network?

Hi

Most likely your computer is hijacked.

To fix your problem, I think the registry edit described here will do the
trick:

Disable Command Prompt and Batch Files (Windows 2000/XP)

The Winguides fix worked I appreciate the help. I could
not find it in any of my books. I am also looking into the
spyware possibility.

Thanks.
