Command Line to remove outlook profile?

Dear All,

When I open outlook , the error "You do not have permission to logon". I
have tried to remove the profiles, but still can't open outlook. Does any one
know the command to remove outlook profile in command line? I dont' want to
reinstall my PC.

-remove the profile from Control Panel-> Mail-> button Show Profiles
-configure a new profile
-verify that Outlook is configured to start with this profile
-start Outlook
