When I start Microsoft Outlook 2003 by clicking on the icon, it says
"Command-line agreement is not valid. Verify the switch." I read in the
Microsoft Help that I need to change the command-line switch. I know what I
need to change it to, but everytime I want to open Outlook I have to go to
Start > Run and enter the switch. How can I make the switch permanent so
that I can start Outlook by clicking on the icon?

Hi James, somehow your post has ended up in an access
newsgroup.

to view the command line for a shortcut, right-click the
icon/program menu item and choose 'Properties'.
