Command Line Switch needed

does anyone know the command line to attach a file.

currently I am using this

"outlook.exe /c ipm.note /m (e-mail address removed)"

I don't the the switch to attach a file. Also is there documentation on
all
the outlook switches? if so where?

Search the Knowledgebase at support.microsoft.com using the string "switch"
