does any body know which thing i should disable at start
up to disable the icon that says safely remove hardware?
so that whn i start up my laptop it wont show the icon by
the clock
?

What device is it telling you that you can safely remove when you double
click on it?
That's the device....
 
You can hide it by r-clicking the Taskbar. Choose properties and click
Customize. Find the icon and click on the behavior, to the right of the
icon. There will be a dropdown menu you can set to "Always hide". You may
want to do the same with others.
