Post the exact text of one of the messages. When do you see them?

When trying to deliver your message, the mail server at netscape.ca
encountered permanent problems with the following address:
For <[email protected]>, the destination server said: Command DATA found
possible MX loop (from netscape.ca:127.0.0.1)

Details.txt says: Reporting-MTA: dns; netscape.ca

No virus found in this incoming message.
Checked by AVG.

MX loops are caused by improper configuration of the MX records for the mail
servers. This is not an Outlook issue.

The first thing to do is to uninstall AVG and reinstall it without the mail
scanning feature.
