This certainly isn't the newsgroup for Forms on Web Pages. What Operating
System is running on your Web Server -- if Windows, then look for a
newsgroup about ASP (ActiveX Server Pages) or ASP.NET; if Linux or Unix,
you'll have to determine what progrmming languages it supports.
In any case, you can't just insert an Access form on a web page, and Access
is the topic of this newsgroup.
