Command Buttons - Print

I'm setting up forms and included command buttons for adding new records etc
but I do not want the buttons to show when I print the form - how do I do
this?

I'm using Access 2002.

It is possible to set the Display When property of the command buttons to
"Screen Only".

Realistically, you need to create a report to control how it should look
when printed. The output to paper has totally different requirements from
the editing on screen.

If the two are close, you can open your report in design view, and choose
Save As from the File menu to create a similar looking report.
 
I changed the Display When property to "Screen Only" and that seems to
work - much thanks!

It is an invoice form and amounts etc are filled in directly on the form and
then printed - thanks for the help - I would've spent all night looking for
that feature.
