I have create a command button in a form for go to
next record. How can when i hold mouse key down,
the records continue changed? -without need release
and press the button again.

You can't.
Setting a command button AutoRepeat to Yes has no effect if it causes the
record to change.

You would have to place the Nav Button(s) on a Subform in order for the
Autorepeat command to work. FOr an example see:
