Command button wizard has suddenly stopped running!

Hi.
I'm fairly new to Access 2003, and have been putting together some extremely
complex forms.
I had no problems... until... the wizard that runs when you create a new
command button etc stopped running! Now it just creates a button, no wizard.
After two hours or trying to figure out why I have almost given up, but if I
have to finish the project without this wizard it's going to take
considerably longer than myself & my boss had hoped!
Only help I found on here suggests I may be in sandbox mode, which i've
confirmed that i'm not.
Any ideas welcome, i'm sure it's probably something simple.

Open the Toolbox and make sure the button that has the little magic wand is depressed. If it is not
depressed, then the control wizards will not function.
 
Thanks for that, realised that myself just before you replied :)
Shame there's no mention of that in the help files etc, not sure how it
disabled itself but at least I can finish the project on time now!
