For years I have used Comclear at ;

Unfortunately however development stopped long ago. Apart from the
program replacement he recommends, NScache, which is looking
almost as old, what else is available please ?

I am NOT interested in programs that do 500 different things.Mainly
just what Comclear did. Easily/quickly removing any/all ;

Cache files.
History files.
Cookie files.
Drop down list.

The recommendation has to work for Netscape AND Firefox. I have a
Firefox extension for this but it doesn't clear my Netscape data.

Regards, John.

Here's a novel idea for you.

Clear it manually, you sneakemail, yellow bellied, varmint.

Does ccleaner do this?

Does CC do 500 different things ? Maybe. :-)

In any case, unless I missed how it is done, it doesn't appear to find
my Netscape data. I am not even sure it found all my Firebird stuff
either !

Comclear not only found my Netscape data but found it in multiple
profiles/directories. As it also did with my Firefox data.

Guess I am still looking. Thanks for the suggestion however.

Regards, John.
