Whne trying to logon to my inernet comcast, I'm getting
just a blank screan, and not able to sign on to comcast.
Called internet provider several times,with no help. I'm
just getting welcome to comcast, a blank screne with an
arrow and hour glass. Like something is running and
won't let me connect?
 
Try clearing the IE cache. Open Control Panel, open Internet Options, on
the General tab, click Delete Cookies, Delete Files (Accept the option to
delete all offline content) and click Clear History, they try accessing the
site again.

If that fails to resolve it, try using System Restore to take you back to a
time when you did not have this issue, Start\All Programs\Accessories\System
Tools\System Restore.

Still no luck, they most likely are having an issue at the site. It
wouldn't be the first time an ISP had such issues and the tech people on the
phone were unaware of such a site access problem. Usually, these clear up
in a few hours or by the following day.

Its been two days and still haven't gotten on my comcast

success. This is driving me crazy. Paying for internet
for nothing. I need help, it's like something is running
or blocking it from coming on.

screen comes up blank and it's trying to load but nothing

If your e[mail is web based, this is most likely a Comcast issue and can't
be fixed at system level. There are a few things that might interfere from
your side, if you have a firewall or any security software installed, that
might be the issue, try temporarily disabling it to see if the problem
clears up. If no, check to see if you have Java installed:

If you don't, go to www.java.com, install their Java engine and see if that
resolves the issue.
Also note, blocking cookies, ads, popups and other such security functions
might cause the issue but if none of the above applies to you, this problem
sounds as though on Comcast's side of things, they may be have problems with
some of their servers. There have been a few new viruses going around
attacking servers and many of the ISPs have been experience varying
problems.
