After loading COMCAST High Speed Internet. IE and Windows
Explorer comes up with the dreaded:
"IE/WE has encountered a problem and needs to close. We
are sorry for the inconvenience"
Also can't open the control panel, my documents, etc. I
upgraded from XP to XP Pro but the results were the same.
I am able to see my COMCAST EM, ping other sites etc. so
as far is COMCAST is concered, I am online.
Anybody have any idea what may be the problem? Thks...
