combo boxes

I'm trying to make a combo box, but i don't know how to
select the cell range. Also, I didn't want the dropbox
(arrow) to show on the print out but, i did want the value
to show. How can i do this. Do i have to write a macro.
Please help

Data - Validation

Window Pops Up:
Allow (List) - Source (cell range of values)
