Put your required data in a separate location,
lets say M1 to M5.
Now, right Click on the Combo Box, Select Format Control,
and then the Control Tab.
In the Input Range Box put your cell range (M1:M5), in
this case.
Go down to Drop Down Lines and change that number to the
number of entries you have.
Click OK.
