Combo Box

I have a field that stores a certain company's "SIC Codes" (it is just a basic 4 digit number that categorizes a company by the products it produces). Each company will have more than one sic code. I want each sic code to be on a different row within the combo box. None of these codes can be clicked; simply viewed. Please help.
 
Is there a reason you couldn't put all SIC codes in the
lookup for that field?
