Combo Box

My form provides a start and end date which gives me a
report based on all meetings held within those dates. I
would however like to add a combo box so my boss can
select a name from the combo box and get a report only
from that selection. I have got a combo box in place with
contacts names appearing, when I select a name and
preview the report it still gives all contacts.

Can you please provide some information on how and where
you are using the selection made in the combo box.
