Combo Box Wizard Gone

Hello,

Suddenly the little wizard that pops up when you add a form tool (Combo Box,
etc) doesn't come up anymore. I tried un-installing and then re-installing
Office2K3...no luck. (also made sure it was full install...every feature,
etc.)

Any suggestions how to get that back?

Open the ToolBox and make sure the wizard (the Wand with stars) is
pressed down.
 
when you choose a control from the Toolbox toolbar, is the Control Wizards
button (the little wand with sprinkles) already selected - that is,
highlighted or depressed?
