Combo Box went Blank

I have my data on a server. There are 4 users on other computers that access
this data and it was working fine forever. Recently 2 of the users are
getting empty data when they open the form and drop down the combo box. The
strange thing is, the other users and the server are working just fine. I've
check everything I can think of. Does anyone know what's happening?

Your users are just now installing office service pack 3? It's been
around for almost 18 months, and causes the problem you describe.

No one knows what sp3 is and they don't know how to do anything except use
the menus I created in access but OK. My next question is, what do I do
about it? They need to be able to search the data via the combo box.
