Combo Box ( Updating Records)

Hi i am using a form to add data to a table called Race.
I use a combo box to link to another table called mycountry to add the
country to one of the fields (Country)
If the Country is not in the table, then I would like the table (MyCountry)
to be updated with what I typed.so that it will be there next time I use it.
