Combo Box Question

Is there a way to create a combo box that will allow the user to key data
into any of the columns displayed, rather that just one ? I have a combo box
in a form that has ID# and name displayed and currently a user can key in an
ID# for the autofill feature to work, but can not key in a name. Can it be
set to allow both, and fill in the other one as appropriate ?
