Combo Box problem

I was wondering if there is a way to manipulate a combo
box list depending on what was selected in the combo box
before it.

For example:

I have a list of Branches and a list of Salespeople. At
the moment the branches and salesmen are all shown. I
would like to show only the salesmen that are at a
particular branch. I.E. the user selects a branch first
and then only the sales people from that branch can be
selected.
