Combo Box Help

I have a series of questions that have to be answered in an access form with
yes no answers. The questions are listed on the left side in a column. I
want the answers to be in boxes just to the right of the questions. The
problem is some of the questions have to be answered multiple times. Is
there a way to use a combo box that when you sellect a number it adds that
many column of yes/no answer boxes. Thanks

As Klatuu says, no. However, it sounds like your table design may need
some work! If one question can have multiple answers then you need to
store multiple answer RECORDS in the table, not multiple fields.
