i am creating a survey for my company. i have several facilities and
employes at each facility. the first question on the survey is what facility
are you from? i have that set to a lookup for a faciltiy table i created.
next question is what is your name or anonymous? here is where i am having
my troubles. i want to be able to filter their names in respect to thier
facility. what would be the best way to design my tables in case i dont have
them set up right. also how would i get the combo box to work correctly to
filter names by facilities
